Mike joined our team in 2014. He has a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Grove City College. Mike began his career as a risk consultant with Federated Insurance where he assessed the exposures of commercial accounts and developed plans to control their risk. He was a field trainer before moving on to a position with ISO where he focused on property inspections and underwriting surveys. His work includes facilitating in-person and webinar-based training, conducting property walk-throughs, providing risk management consultations, and developing Risk Control resource content for members. He has trained thousands of public sector employees on safety and human resources and was the recipient of the World Safety Organization’s 2018 Concerned Citizen of the Year Award for his work in the field of risk management.
